SHIPPING:

We do our best to select, pack and ship all items with great care. All standard 4 inch Funko POPs will ship in a 0.50mm premium soft protector. All other sizes and variations will specify if they will include soft protectors in the product description. Please allow 1-2 days after placing the order for us to deliver to the mail carrier you have selected.

RETURN & EXCHANGES:

If you would like to return your merchandise from your purchase, we’re here to help! If you receive an item not in the condition advertised please send us photos by e-mail to info@evasivestudio.com All claims must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the product. Paint defects on on items are out of our control and are not considered to be damaged/defective. You may return your merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order and we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Please return the item(s) in the original box and packaging. Merchandise purchased in our retail store may not be returned or exchanged online. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defects will be approved on a case by case basis. A 20% Restocking Fee will be applied to returns or exchanges no covered by our Terms and Condition & Shipping Policy. Once Customer Service issues you a return label, items must be sent back within 14 days. If you send items more than 14 days after the return label is issued, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued within three business days after the receipt of goods to the original form of payment.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Evasive Stuio are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
