Personas de Pase VIP tendrán acceso prioritario para reunirse con Mario Castañeda, Luis Manuel Ávila y Laura Torres el Domingo 13 de Abril, dentro de su horario asignado (10:00 a. m. - 11:00 p. m.). Límite de 10 artículos en total por persona. El límite puede cambiar según el horario disponible. Los autógrafos y la mercancía se venden por separado. Este Pase Xpress incluye:  

  • 1 Pulsera de Pase VIP (Evita la fila de admisión general)
  • 1 Armadura PopShield

Filas y horario: Por favor, llegue 30 minutos antes de su horario asignado (10:00 a. m. - 11:00 p. m.). Este horario es para poder hacer fila para conocer a los actores de doblaje. El tiempo de espera suele ser de 30 minutos a 1 hora desde la hora de su boleto. Los tiempos de espera pueden estar sujetos a cambios. Por favor, planifique con anticipación. No se harán excepciones para quienes lleguen después de la hora indicada.

VIP Pass holders will have priority access to meet with Mario Castañeda, Luis Manuel Avila & Laura Torres. Sunday April 13th within their designated time group (10am - 11pm). Limit 10 items TOTAL per person. Limit may change subject to time available. Autographs and merchandise sold separately.

This Xpress Pass Includes :

Lines and Time:

Please arrive 30 minutes before your designated time slot (10am - 11pm). The time slot is for when you will be able to line up to meet the voice actors. Wait time is normally 30 minutes to 1 hour from your ticket time. Wait times may be subject to change.

Please plan accordingly. There will be no exceptions for anyone that arrives after the indicated time. 

Terms

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.

SHIPPING:

We do our best to select, pack and ship all items with great care. All standard 4 inch Funko POPs will ship in a 0.50mm premium soft protector. All other sizes and variations will specify if they will include soft protectors in the product description. Please allow 1-2 days after placing the order for us to deliver to the mail carrier you have selected.

RETURN & EXCHANGES:

If you would like to return your merchandise from your purchase, we’re here to help! If you receive an item not in the condition advertised please send us photos by e-mail to info@evasivestudio.com All claims must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the product. Paint defects on on items are out of our control and are not considered to be damaged/defective. You may return your merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order and we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Please return the item(s) in the original box and packaging. Merchandise purchased in our retail store may not be returned or exchanged online. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defects will be approved on a case by case basis. A 20% Restocking Fee will be applied to returns or exchanges no covered by our Terms and Condition & Shipping Policy. Once Customer Service issues you a return label, items must be sent back within 14 days. If you send items more than 14 days after the return label is issued, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued within three business days after the receipt of goods to the original form of payment.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Evasive Stuio are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
